How much does a balloon photo wall cost in Kraków? 2026 prices
Balloon photo wall prices in Kraków for 2026: what drives the cost, how much extras and delivery add, and what our Mini, Classic and Premium packages include.
A balloon photo wall is one of the most popular decorations for weddings, first birthdays, 18th parties and corporate events. “How much does it cost?” is usually the first question – and a fair one, because prices vary a lot. In this guide we explain what affects the price of a balloon photo wall in Kraków, how much the extras cost and how to plan your budget without surprises.
How much is a balloon photo wall in Kraków?
On the Kraków market a typical balloon photo wall with installation usually costs between about 1000 and 2500 zł. Simple versions with one panel and a garland sit at the lower end, while larger designs with several panels, lettering and flowers sit at the top. Here are our starting prices for 2026 (gross, installation and removal included):
| Package | What’s included | From |
|---|---|---|
| Mini (S) | 1.2 m panel + garland, name or number | 990 zł |
| Classic (M) | 2 × 2 m backdrop + organic garland, personalised lettering | 1390 zł |
| Premium (L) | two panels + rich garland, lettering and flowers | 1990 zł |

Size and number of panels
Size has the biggest impact on price. A 1.2 m panel with a garland is perfect for a first birthday at home or in a small room, but it can get lost at a wedding for a hundred guests. Every extra panel means more materials, more balloons in the garland and more time on site. Before choosing a size, measure the spot where the wall will stand and check whether the venue has any height limits.
Classic or organic garland?
A classic garland uses balloons of one size in a regular pattern. An organic garland mixes small and large balloons for a relaxed, modern look – but it needs more balloons and more work. That is why a metre of organic garland costs more (from 200 zł/m with us, compared with 140 zł/m for classic). For photo walls, organic is by far the most popular choice.
Lettering, neon, flowers and other extras
Personal touches make the wall truly yours, but each one adds to the price. Indicative prices from our price list:
- personalised lettering – from 120 zł,
- neon sign (names or a short phrase) – from 190 zł,
- fresh or artificial flowers in the design – from 250 zł,
- LED lighting – from 90 zł,
- foil number – from 45 zł each.
Lettering is already included in the Classic package, and lettering plus flowers in Premium.
Delivery zones around Kraków
Within Kraków (zone A) delivery and installation are free. Outside the city we add a flat fee based on the zone: 59 zł in zone B (e.g. Wieliczka, Skawina, Zabierzów), 99 zł in zone C (e.g. Niepołomice) and 149 zł in zone D. Installation and removal after the party are always part of the decor price – you never pay for them separately.
Date and season
The base price does not change with the day of the week, but the date still matters: in wedding and communion season (May–September) weekend slots fill up quickly. Orders placed less than 48 hours ahead carry an express surcharge. A 30% deposit reserves your date, and the rest is paid on the day of installation.
How to avoid overpaying
A few practical tips:
- Choose the size to fit the room – an oversized wall in a small space looks worse than a smaller one that is well placed.
- Pick one statement element: a neon sign or flowers is often enough instead of both.
- Send us a photo of your invitation or table decor – we will match the colours so everything looks consistent without extra elements.
- Compare quotes that include installation and removal – many online prices cover the decor only, without delivery.
